- Exchanges are done within seven (7) working days.
- Refunds are subjected to a 10% restocking fee.
- Shoes must be returned with their receipts and their boxes UN-USED.
- For returns on clothing, the item must be returned with the tags on and with the packaging if sold with packaging.
- Customers are required to check All items before leaving store.
- Shoes with manufacturing defects (looses or peeling) must be returned to the store with the receipt WITHIN fourteen (14) Days from date of purchase for a free replacement of equal value (CONDITIONS APPLY).
- No Receipt-No Replacement.
- All watches have six (6) months warranty from date of purchase.
- If a fragrance or undergarment is opened then the consumer will not meet the conditions in Section 21 (3) and therefore, will not be eligible for a refund.
- If an item has been used, tampered with or treated in a manner to cause damage, a customer will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.
- White Items and Undergarments are NOT exchangeable.
- All watches purchased are covered under six months warranty.
- In the event that the battery dies, it will be replaced.
- In the event there is a mechanical problem with the watch, our technician will examine and if it is repairable, it will be repaired and returned to said customer.
- If, the watch is deemed un repairable, it will be replaced.
- The customer is barred from tapering or opening the back of the watch.
- NOTICE for EXCHANGES For all exchanges, the customer has to take a bigger or smaller size, a different color, or a different item, but it must be of the same value. If there is a change of item and a difference in price, the customer will be refunded (with a 10% deduction) and then proceed to purchase the new item, as it would be deemed a new transaction.
