Sally’s Boutique was founded in 1991 by Latchmin and Radesh Roopnaraine. They started off small trading in small items such as cosmetics, hair pin and brooches and eventually working their way up through the years. They sold products in Leonora and Parika Markets and eventually moved to Stabroek Market in 2003 and then to the City Mall in 2018. The store grew and branched off, with the men section moving to Charlotte St between Camp and Wellington.
